We understand that travel plans can change. That’s why we offer a Reserve Now & Pay Later option, allowing you to secure your desired activities without immediate payment or commitment. This ensures you don’t miss out on the best experiences while keeping your schedule flexible.

2. Free Cancellation Policy

For most of our experiences, you are eligible for a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled activity. To request a cancellation and refund, please follow these steps:

• Contact our customer support via email or phone.

• Provide your booking reference number.

• Ensure the cancellation request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity.

3. Non-Refundable & Special Circumstances

Some services and special bookings may have different cancellation terms, including:

• Non-refundable tickets (e.g., certain theme parks and events).

• Last-minute bookings that fall within 24 hours of the scheduled experience.

• Private or customized tours that require upfront arrangements.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather conditions, government restrictions, or emergencies), we will work with you to reschedule or provide alternative solutions.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once your cancellation request is approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

• Payments made via credit/debit cards will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

• Payments made via bank transfers or other methods may take longer depending on your bank’s processing time.
